Leading the trend in foreign acquisition of Japan's golf couses, a world famous US investment fund is currently looking for an analyst to asses and price golf course assets prior to takeover. The successful candidate need not have specific golf industry experience, but will be familiar with the leisure/ hotel/ real estate industries and be familiar with cash flow analysis, and capital investment performance predicions to asses the financial strength of assets. Training specific to the golfing industry will be given. Japanese language is essential, English abliity is preferable. Compensation is competitive in the market.
