VISUAL EDGE CFO RESIGNS

Visual Edge Systems Inc. , announced that the company's CFO, Melissa Forzly, resigned last week. Details of her resignation were not released. The company does not expect to be able to quickly fill the vacant position. This is another issue the company is forced to deal with along with its court battles with its most prolific asset, Greg Norman.
