Cleveland owners show a profit

 

Skis Rossignol SA, the French sports-equipment company whose products include Cleveland clubs, have a seven-fold increase in profits to £6 million for the six months up to the end of September.

Sales for the period were just over £100 million compared with around £90 million in 1998.

Skis Rossignol, who lost nearly £9 million last year, now expect to make a profit from 1999-2000 and predicted that sales would probably rise by about 10 per cent.
