IN AGREEMENT

GolfGear International Inc. (GEAR:OTCBB) has announced it has entered into a license agreement with PowerBilt Golf. The license agreement grants PowerBilt Golf the non-exclusive right to utilize GolfGear's patented insert technology in its product lines in all non-Asian countries (except for Korea, which is included in the license), including the United States. The license agreement is for an initial term of five years, and is renewable at PowerBilt's option for an additional five-year term.

Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
