Callaway Appeal to be Heard

Callaway Golf have been told by California's appeal court that their request for former executive Mark King to be prevented from working for Taylor Made-adidas Golf will be decided by January 4.

"The issues we have raised in our appeal are very important to every California company with important trade secrets to protect and to all who believe in the sanctity of contracts," stated Ely Callaway, founder and ceo of Callaway Golf.
