Aldila Boss Stepping Down

Gary T Barbera, 62, is retiring after 12 years as chairman and chief executive officer of shaftmakers Aldila.

Barbera joined Aldila as president and chief operating officer in 1988 and has been chairman and CEO since 1996.

Peter R Mathewson, 49, president and COO since 1997, will succeed Barbera as chairman and CEO from January 1.
