Clubhaus Results Delayed by Court Closure

Further to the announcement by Clubhaus plc on 2 April 2002, as all court hearings were postponed by 48 hours dueto the funeral for Her Majesty The Queen Mother. Accordingly business scheduled for 9 April will now take place on the 11th April when the court hearing to review the scheme document will be heard

This delay means that the issuance of the circular to shareholders and the report and accounts for the 9 months to 30 September 2001 will also be delayed by 48 hours and they are now expected on Friday 12 April 2002. The Company's shares will remain suspended until publication of the accounts and circular.
