Textron Parts Available on Internet

Textron have launched an Internet-based parts ordering system so that customers can bypass the dealer network.

For the time being the service is limited to UK customers only.

Parts ordered by 3pm on a given day can be selivered by 10am on the next working day in contrast to the usual delivery turnaround which is three or four working days.

David Brown, international parts manager at Textron, said: "We have
introduced this new process as part of our continuing commitment to
e-commerce. The service enables us to react extremely quickly to customer
demands."
