Sales Growth Prompts Move

Sales at Sunderland of Scotland, the leading makers of golfing rainwear, have rocketed so high the company is having to relocate some of its offices to make room for expansion.

The sales and administration team, usually based at the company’s headquarters in Glasgow’s Trongate, are moving to 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP

Sunderland spokesman, Warren Sunderland said: “We are delighted by the steady growth Sunderland has seen over the past few years, but it does mean that we need to enlarge our finished goods handling area to ensure that we can continue to provide out customers with an efficient and speedy service.  To facilitate this, the offices will be

closed on Friday 18th August and the morning of Monday 21st August while the move takes place.”

Mr Sunderland said: “ We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our customers - but they are very welcome to come and visit our new premises in West Nile Street.”
